When are email notifications sent out?

Email notifications are sent out 2am EST.

Why am I not receiving email notifications?

If you are not receiving email notifications, you may not have them turned on. In the app, click Options>Notifications and make sure email notifications is set to “ON”. Also, check to make sure the email you have set is correct. Please add the email birthday_reminder@fromahead.com to your contact list or your spam filter’s white list. Otherwise, email reminders may accidentally get marked as spam. If you continue to have problems, please email us at support@fromahead.com.

Why doesn’t it show the age or birthday for all my friends from Facebook?

When birthdays are imported from Facebook, a friend may have his or her privacy settings set so that their birthday or birth year are not accessible via the Facebook API.

Great application. How can I delete somebody from the list?
Can we set up notifications individually, just for certain people?
